I just paid and signed up for the Nextiva fax plan and it said it was sending me an email confirmation, but it had not taken my email address. What should I do??

Michelle, I would give Nextiva's customer support a call (888-320-4995) and they should be able to get everything fixed. Let me know how it goes.
