    Just stumbled across a new business tool called 15Five. Looks interesting.

    The basic concept is that using this tool, each employee spends 15 minutes per week writing a report that will take their manager 5 minutes to read. The report covers things like successes, challenges, morale etc. The goal is to increase the communication in an organization to make it stronger and identify opportunities and issues sooner. Great concept.

    They offer a 4 week free trial, then it's $49/ month for the first 10 people, and $5/ month for each additional.
