It's probably still pending. They're pretty sensitive to security, so give them several business days to send further instructions. I saw elsewhere online that many have had to call in to get their application approved by HSBC security, then released to underwriting for approval/decline. But these people were eventually notified by HSBC for these further steps. Make sure you're checking your Spam/Junk folders of email too for their response. Hope this helps!
You can check the HSBC Credit card application status by calling there customer care team or you can also visit the nearest branch of HSBC bank or You can also check the status of your HSBC Bank credit card by sending them an Email.
