My company recently started using LastPass enterprise, and it has been really helpful. It's a password management tool for businesses, which means that it will store all of your passwords in a secure online "vault". The enterprise version allows you to create and share folders, so you can have folders for different departments, that only members of that department can access (i.e.-billing, marketing, the whole company). It also lets users link their personal accounts, so all employees can access their company and personal passwords in the same place.
