MailChimp Customer Support

    This appears to be a good service. Why do you not put the date of each of your reviews? For example, MailChimp offers live chat but you say it does not. I am assuming that you reviewed the product before that support feature was added. These products are changing rapidly, and date of review is an important thing to know. Full disclosure of your interests, or a statement about your objectivity, would also be reassuring as well.

    As of the time the service was reviewed, MailChimp did not have phone or live chat customer support. They appear to have added live chat now as you pointed out. However, if you read our review you can see that the main limitation cited is the lack of phone support and not the lack of chat support. To the best of our ability, we strive to maintain accurate, up-to-date reviews of all email marketing services on We reach out to companies we've reviewed in order to maintain communication and to ask for any service updates they want to inform us of.     Dates are helpful, but they can often be tricky. Because these services change so quickly, we may find out that Company A has changed their pricing and update the site, but not have the time to fully retest the tools and the customer service. So if we changed the date to reflect the pricing update, that may lead users to believe that the review was fully updated on that date. That said, we definitely have and are considering the best way to do this, and appreciate the input.

    They are so big what they do not offer phone support option at all.
