Can anyone recommend a trusted registered agent service in Texas? I'd like to get a good deal, but don't want to risk signing up with a service that might not be around for the long term.
I've had good luck with IncorporateMax (https://incorporatemax.com/registered-agent/), which offers Registered Agent services for $49/ year. The company has a physical location just outside of Houston in the Woodlands and good customer service. Whenever they receive documents on my behalf, they send me an email with a scanned copy of the document (things like the Welcome Letter from the Texas Comptroller) and also send out reminders with due dates for Texas Annual Franchise Report.
