Hi guys, I'm looking for some help. What are the requirements for registering a limited partnership in Ontario? Has anyone here done the same? What are the procedures to be taken? I came to know from one of my friends that Ontario Business Central provides all the necessary steps. So I read their blog "How to Register a Limited Partnership in Ontario".
