@Radhika Patil We are not currently, but others in here may be. In previous organizations, I've seen HR utilize features in apps like Trello, Slack, and Asana to keep employees engaged.
@Radhika Patil No, our organization is too small currently to get any real value out of additional HR Software. Others in here might have evaluated or instituted HR Software though.
