    CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management, or what is the same, the management of the relationship with consumers. Although at the beginning these programs are more typical of large companies, the large volume of clients that a small company can have, focused on the commercial area, may require its use among SMEs.
    A good CRM allows you to store customer data, market segmentation, manage potential customers, manage work teams and generate sales reports. A company that works with various commercials and has programmed sales objectives should take advantage of this type of software.
