Is there any reason why I shouldn't be using a virtual office (i had www.opusvirtualoffices.com in mind) to use as my address, when forming my new company? Thanks for your input.
We have used the address for our virtual office (we use Intelligent Office) since we started our company 3.5 years ago. Because it is a physical address that can receive packages (unlike a PO Box), you can use it to register your business with the state. We've been really happy with our decision to use this address. We've changed our physical office address 4 times as we've grown, but, because we kept the virtual office during that time, we never had to change our mailing address for our company registration documents or the billing address for our credit cards, bank accounts, etc. Good luck. The presence of Virtual Office as well as a website makes it easy for clients and employees on the virtual space to make the best of the online opportunity. People interact with your business through your website. An interactive website is the face of your business. If you have a successful website up there and a Virtual Office address, more than half battle is won.

There is no reason at all why you shouldn't be using a virtual office or virtual address. Does your virtual office come with a telephone answering service? As these can benefit you further. As long as your virtual office has a prestigious address then I can't see how it can be a negative thing. You are saving money whilst still being able to expand your georgraphical offering.
No, a virtual address/office saves on the expense of rent and employment whilst still offering you a fully functional office address
I think its worth adding that some virtual offices provide telephone answering services, if you are making use of this service too then perhaps test the professionalism of the operators by making a test call. Mel @
I think it is very much advisable to have a virtual offices for your need as they have a professionally trained person for answering your calls on your company name, mail handling service as so on.
