I am looking to bring together a professional body that is rather disconnected across the United States and Abroad. With this said, I am curious as to how one would create a website where individual professionals and/or organizations could access one another for professional support. There are several tricky details as the subject matter of most interactions would be children and adults with developmental disabilities - primarily Autism. Client confidentiality would have to be of the upmost concern. Once an area was created for professionals to gather and contribute intervention plans, data sheets, video review, etc.. one would need to effectively market the website so that individuals would join. Pay or no pay would be an interesting topic as I would imagine different advertisements could be obtained for such a cause. Going deeper, one would want to plan ahead so that further demand in terms of services could be met. Therefore, the ability to be flexible while growing may be key to be prepared. Any thoughts?
